VACE Membership - Application Form

It’s that time of the year again. Our membership year begins on July 1, 2008 and ends on June 30, 2009.  We would prefer you use MyVACE to establish/renew your membership. However, if you need a paper copy to submit to your employer, please complete the Membership Form and send it along with your $30 dues to Denise Meadows. The form in MS Word can be completed online by tabbing through the highlighted areas and then printed.
